What meaning of status?

All status will related to let all the party know more on the details of response from each of department and make sure you will not lose the way to follow up and resolved the ticket.


All status details.

Open = Being Processed

Pending = Awaiting your customer reply with attachment or important reply to resolve the ticket

Resolved = Action from agent to provide solution back without any waiting of reply.

Closed = Action from agent that didn't provide anything back to customer and need to close it.

Follow up by OTDT = Follow up by OTDT department

ITC ticket in progress = Ticket still inprogress on IT department

ITC ticket required = ITC ticket required

On hold - Technical issue = On hold - Technical issue

Waiting on Vessel = Awaiting from Vessel to response back.

Waiting on OTG = Waiting on OTG to response back

Waiting on FPO = Waiting on FPO to response back

Waiting on VSupport = Waiting on VSupport to response back

Waiting on SF = Waiting on Seafarer to response back

Waiting on Crewing = Waiting on Crewing to response back

Waiting on TS reply = Waiting on TS to response back

Waiting on internal colleague (other) = Waiting on internal colleague (other) to response back
